5-star flag on the putting green at the home of President Dwight Eisenhower in Gettysburg Pennsylvania. Eisenhower was one of only 9 U.S. military leaders to carry the 5-star rank, one of only 5 in the Army.

on February 16, 2023This is awesome! I didn't know there were so few 5-star generals. He was actually born in Denison, Texas, but wasn't there long. They have a big bust of him near I-35 as you are coming into Denison from the north.
